Terms of service
When these terms apply
These terms cover your use of xciptviptv.com, any free trial and any XCIPTV IPTV plan you buy. Sending an order or a trial request means you accept them.
What you buy
A plan is a login (server address, username and password) for an IPTV subscription, valid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You choose how many screens may play at the same time, from 1 to 5. You can install the login on more devices than that, but playback above your screen count can be stopped.
Player apps
You watch through a player app such as XCIPTV, installed by you from an official store. Player apps belong to their own developers; we do not make, sell or support them beyond helping you sign in.
Orders, payment and prices
After an order we email a secure payment link. Your login is delivered once the payment is confirmed. The price is the one shown on the plans page when you order.
No automatic renewal
Plans end on their end date. We never charge you again unless you choose to renew.
Free trial
One free 24-hour trial per household. We may decline trial requests that look automated or repeated.
Fair use
Your login is for your own household. Reselling, sharing it publicly, or using it in a way that breaks the law in your country is not allowed and can lead to the account being closed without refund.
Service availability
We work to keep streams stable, but no internet service runs without interruption, and channel lineups change over time. Your own connection and device also affect playback.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
Names and trademarks
XCIPTV IPTV is an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the developer of the XCIPTV app. App and device names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Refunds follow the refund policy.
