Our 7-day guarantee
If, within 7 days of payment, your login does not arrive, or the service does not work on your device and our team cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
When a refund does not apply
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- The service works, but you changed your mind or no longer need it.
- The account was closed for breaking the terms, such as sharing or reselling the login.
- The problem is your internet connection or a device we cannot support, and we told you so before you paid.
How to ask for a refund
Send the contact form or write in the live chat with your order number and what is not working. We first try to fix it with you; if we cannot, we refund through the method you paid with.
