Sending a notice

If you believe material available through XCIPTV IPTV infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact form and choose "Other" as the topic. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must contain:

  • the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  • the material you want removed, with enough detail (channel or title name) for us to find it;
  • your name and how to reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices quickly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice through the same form with your details, the reason and your signature.
