What we collect
When you use a form we receive what you type: name, email, country, phone or WhatsApp number, main device, the plan you chose and your message. The live chat stores the conversation so our team can answer.
Why we use it
Only to deliver what you asked for: send your trial or paid login, a payment link, setup help and messages about your order (such as a reminder if a payment was not finished or your trial is ending). You can unsubscribe from those follow-up emails at any time with the link inside them.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use third-party ad trackers on this website.
Payments
Payments happen on the payment provider's own secure page. Card numbers are never entered on, or stored by, this website.
Providers we rely on
Hosting and our database run on a cloud provider; email is sent through an email delivery service. They process data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Order and support records are kept while your account is active and for a limited time afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through the contact form. We answer every request.
